Andy Gravett 7th September 2024 Lets face it shit happens but the software industry has a cultural history of encouraging risk taking or "disruptive innovation" and in order to be first to market or lead their quadrant they cut corners to be more agile, reduce costs, beat the competition, but when it all goes wrong (which inevitably it does) does the industry learn from their mistakes or change 🤔 no?.
